The LOGOS Mascot Logistics Estate establishes a benchmark for distribution centres located within a mixed use precinct adjacent to the Sydney Airport.
Paddock and Lacoste + Stevenson were engaged by LOGOS in 2022 to establish a precinct masterplan and placemaking strategy for four development sites previously operated by Qantas.  The sites will include multi-storey industrial warehouses, offices, public domain works and significant public artworks, informed through First Nations consultation and knowledge.
Generous public entry plazas address the street frontages and activate the public domain.  Planting within the front setback and public domain will extend up the building within the significant planted terraces of the northern façade. These planted terraces will contribute to the greening of the streetscape and the builtform when viewed from the surrounding urban area and public domain.
Paddock have been involved in the preparation of masterplanning and urban design for the sites, planning proposals, State Significant Development approval documentation packages, State Design Review Panel presentations and visual impact assessments.
