The Toocooya Garden involved the demolition of an existing structure and the construction of a new dwelling and lush gardens, located within the leafy harbour suburb of Hunters Hill. The site includes significant sandstone embankments and existing trees that were incorporated within the new garden design.
The design of the garden reflects the contemporary design of the dwelling, providing a mix of different entertaining and garden terraces throughout the site. The planting includes a mixture of robust natives and non-evasive exotics that provide interest through seasonal colour and textured foliage.
Paddock were involved throughout the entire design from approval documentation and were heavily involved during the construction phase of the project.
